We provide a one year back warranty on work we provide – both labor and materials.
All panel changes or upgrades have a warranty of three years.
If something stops working or fails due to improper workmanship or installation during the warranty period, Washington Electric will come back to determine the problem. We will repair the problem or replace the materials free of charge when necessary.
Here at Washington Electric, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or you will receive your money back. On the back of each invoice is our written warranty statement.
Electrical Panels and Main Guarantee
All electrical panels and main service for three years are covered under our workmanship guarantee. If you experience any problems with your panel or service any time during the guarantee period, we will repair the problem free of charge. We also guarantee that the materials we use will be as specified and up to the electrical code in your area. We also guarantee the protection of the condition of your home or business.
Fixture and Equipment Guarantee
Our guarantee is that the fixtures and equipment that we supply and install will perform as we have stated. If any of it fails due to improper workmanship or installation during the first year, we will repair or replace as necessary.**
Service and Repair – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the work that our licensed electricians have provided.
If your satisfaction is not 100% with the service that we provided, we will not have you pay. If our qualified electricians smoke, swear in your home, are not drug-free, fail to wear shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up their work area, you do not pay for the service.
Washington Electric will never ask for money before a service job begins***. We only collect payment after the service is completed.
